What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in, with email and password or with Google, Amazon Cognito gives us your email address and a stable account ID. We keep the email so we can show you who is signed in.
- Your scouts. The briefs you write, the answers and changes you send, and what each scout produced: briefs, plans and the log of Qloo lookups behind them. They are saved to your account so you can reopen them.
- A sign-in cookie. One cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Server logs. Request times, paths and error codes, kept to run and fix the service. They do not include your brief text.
Who processes it
- Amazon Web Services hosts the site and runs sign-in (Amazon Cognito) and the language model (Amazon Bedrock) that reads your brief.
- Qloo receives the names, places and preferences a scout looks up, such as brands or artists your audience likes. Do not put personal information about private individuals in a brief.
- Google, only if you choose "Continue with Google", confirms your identity and shares your name and email address with Amazon Cognito.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
- Delete your scouts. "Delete all my scouts" on the scouting page removes every scout and plan saved to your account and signs you out.
- Sign out at any time; it ends your session on this site and at Amazon Cognito.
About the results
Qloo describes audiences in aggregate. Collab Scout's results are patterns across many people, never facts or predictions about any one person.
